Hey there,

My name is Indira L. Safaddid-Bertarioni.

I am a daughter, sister, wife, mamá, friend, tica, human... but you may call me Indi.

​

I live in sunny Florida and grew up in NW Georgia, of the United States. My homeland is Costa Rica.

 

I am passionate about reading, writing, exploring, and connecting with others! I have a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and love to have conversations about holistic wellness.

My intention for this site is to engage you via the conversation platform, SoulMatter: Podcast and SoulNarrative: Conversations groups.
